Frequently Asked Questions About Shipping

  • We at Aero Colors aim to process and ship your order within 24-48 hours once the order is confirmed.
  • You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you.
  • The estimated average delivery time across Pakistan is 3 to 7 working days after shipping.
  • Parcels exceeding 3 kg of weight are shipped Overland and hence might take longer than usual.
  • During sale or any event delivery time may exceed due to high volume order log.
  • We offer Free Delivery for all the orders above Rs 3000/- nationwide.
  • For orders below stated amount, standard delivery rates will be charged: Rs 250.
  • You can track your order on the Post Ex courier website: https://www.postex.pk/tracking

  • Aero Colors cannot be held liable for late delivery/collection by third-party postal/courier companies.

No we don't Ship internationally due to Govt. Restrictions

You CANNOT revise your order after placement. In case you still want to make any changes, please message us on our Whatsapp 0303-6790302 within 6 hrs. If your order is not dispatched from our warehouse, we would cancel it for you to place a new one.

Frequently Asked Questions About returns

You have 2 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if :

  • The product is damaged, leaked, defected or incomplete.
  • The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
  • The product received does not match the size ordered.
  • Products must be returned to our Customer Services department for a return and full refund to be made.

Exchanges and refunds during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.

  • To return an item, please WHATSAPP us at 0303-6790302 with the return reason and order details.
  • Once our customer support team approves the return you will be requested to send the parcel to,

  • We aim to process all returns with 5-7 working days of receipt.
  • During busy periods please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.
  • Unfortunately, we don’t offer any refunds however in the case where we won’t be able to offer an exchange or any solution we may offer a refund.
  • In the case of REFUND shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
  • The minimum period for processing refund is 7-10 working days depending on the mode of payment.
